Sooooo, I am about 60 pages into the second book, Killer Rayne. Man, if only this thing would write itself. Lola, my husky, keeps scratching me out of boredom and her nails are making her hard to ignore. ugh. Some of the kids at my job that have read the book keep yelling about things they do not appreciate about the book. They've been wanting me to discuss why I chose to treat their already favorite characters in certain ways and it's really cute and humbling. While I'm sitting there, I can hear them saying things like, "I know right, and did you read that one part where blah blah blah?" It's all like a movie. Then, they keep making guesses as to what I'm going to do in the second book and that I better not be killing off anyone or else. So bossy that group is. Well, this book won't write itself so I gotta keep on pushing, right? I think I'm going to do a poll next.
The Unmaking: The Rayne Whitmore Series Book I is now available on paperback and on Kindle. This is a dream come true and my vision is expanding every second. But, I have to get the word out and actually get people to want to read. To do that, I need your help too! Please please please if you enjoy the book, let people know. Also, if you really have questions about something in the book, use the contact link on the home page.
Okay, so I'm sitting in my dining room and my dogs are going crazy. A German Shepherd mix and a Siberian Husky. I'm a few minutes away from having my book officially published and I have a thousand different emotions running through me. This is a dream that is coming true so quickly after over a year of hard work. I am so afraid of failing that it's almost making me second guess everything that I've done. Then, I think about it and I'm like, hold up, you are living your dream, whether you succeed or fail, you did it. That's it right there. I did it. You'll never know until you try. So, if you are reading this, I hope I've interested you slightly. This book means everything to me and I've given so much time and energy into writing the best story that I can. Please, stay with me through this journey.
